“Establishing and Maintaining an Effective and Efficient Technology Transfer Presence” is the result of an ongoing collaboration between the technology transfer offices of Florida State University and Florida A&M University to develop training materials about university technology transfer for research administrators at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).
Funded by the National Science Foundation’s Partnerships For Innovation program (PFI), it is part of the “TechLink Partnership Network” project , designed to increase capacity to develop technology transfer programs at HBCUs and other Minority Serving Institutions (MSI).
“Establishing and Maintaining an Effective and Efficient Technology Transfer Presence” was the first of a forthcoming series of educational training programs. It was a one-day workshop sponsored by National Sponsored Program Administrators Alliance (NSPAA) and hosted by the Norfolk State University Office of Research and Technology on June 8, 2005, in Norfolk, Virginia.
The accompanying links will take you to the PowerPoint presentation materials, handouts and other materials from the workshop.
