Agreements Completed	12 new licenses/options signed Weather Predict Inc. commercially implemented a second technology licensed from FSU - the tropical storm forecast suite. Implemented web-based credit card sales of IP based products for Edward Klatt Web MD and Mike Davidson Cocktail Collection.
Technology Development	21 Work Disclosures received 41 Total U.S. Patent Applications filed 18 new US Patent issued (for details click here
Spin-off Companies	1 new start up company - nanoStrata, Inc.
FSU Income Produced	non Taxol royalties = $298,194 other commercial proceeds and patent reimbursements = $480,436 Total FSU royalties = $24,023,189 FY R&D commitments tied to options/licenses = $2.0 million
